This 2 bedroom holiday accommodation, with its lovely sea views and near-beach location, is a privately owned apartment, air-conditioned throughout, and comfortably sleeps 4 adults. It is in a very desirable location, being only 50 metres from the secluded Carabeo and Carabeillo beaches (access via steps) and 500 from Nerja town centre which is accessed by a beautiful pedestrianised street.
The south-facing balcony, with lovely sea views faces the sun until mid-afternoon. It is on the middle of 3 floors.
The kitchen was regularly refurbished , including electric cooker and oven, fridge-freezer, micro-wave, etc.along with several other improvements to the lounge.
The bathroom has also been refurbished with a new shower and bathroom furniture. The spacious lounge is well furnished and has a radio-cassette/CD player and a TV with the main British AND Spanish channels. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair-drier etc.
The shared swimming pool (there are 18 apartments in the block) is just 10 metres long and is open all year.
The apartment block has a spacious sun-roof (including a shaded area) with lovely sea views and panoramic views over the town and towards the Almijarra mountains. There are sun-beds etc for clients’ use.
NOTE: access to the holiday apartment entails climbing 9 steps from the road to the pool area, then 12 more steps to the apartment itself. On-street parking to side and rear of apartment.

Discount for long lets of 4 weeks or more: 25% in winter (15% in summer).
Price includes cleaning (beforehand but not during), towels etc – everything except food and travel.
