Spare a thought for the blobfish, a sad but cute looking bottom dweller who, despite being inedible, is facing extinction through over- fishing.
The poor blobfish tends to get dragged up from the bottom with more sought-after delicacies, such as lobsters, and as a result, its numbers are dwindling rapidly.
