Villa Christina is located in the sought after Ladera del Mar urbanisation with stunning panoramic sea views from sun terraces on all 3 levels. Situated just a few hundred metres from the nearest beach, it has a private gated driveway and ample parking space.
The entrance hall leads into the top level hall with Cloakroom. The sunny Upper Lounge is airconditioned and has leather sofas, tv, dining table & brick fire place and two patio doors , with roller blinds, lead out to the large upper sun terrace with patio furniture, ideal for outdoor dining.
The modern fully equipped kitchen has microwave, cooker/hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge & kitchen both lead to a large sun terrace. A tiled staircase leads down to the mid-level & three spacious air conditioned bedrooms. The master suite has double bed, en-suite shower room and dressing room. Two further twin rooms have built-in wardrobes.
All 3 bedrooms have patio doors, with roller blinds, leading to sun terrace with stunning sea views. The large family bathroom is also on this level, and has illuminated mirror, and a large walk-in shower. Another staircase leads to the lower-level huge 90sqm pool lounge with flat screen UKTV/DVD/CD, pool table, marble dining furniture, bar, mini fridge & large comfy sofas and chaise. (Two sofas are sofabeds, sleeping up to 4). Two sets of patio doors lead to the private pool & main sun terrace, equipped with sun loungers, pergola, patio furniture & a brick built bbq.

General Info
Price includes all laundry/towels and cleaning before and after your arrival, and also includes the services of our Management Company, who will arrange to meet you at an appointed location when you arrive in Nerja. They will then take you up to the Villa, show you around and how everything works and hand over the keys. They also have a 24 hour telephone number should you need any assistance or advice during your stay.
They offer a concierge service too, so should you need any activities booked in advance of your stay, or would like to hire cots, arrange airport pick up, or order a Welcome Food Pack, etc. you can liaise directly with them prior to your visit.
This property is also available on a long term basis at £1500/month Nov-Feb

Our concierge service can arrange, in advance, any of the activities available in and around Nerja prior to your departure, so that you don’t have to waste any time once you have arrived – you can simply start enjoying your chosen activities straight away.
Similarly, if you have a special occasion to celebrate during your stay, or simply wish to enjoy a special evening in a romantic restaurant overlooking the sea, or a family visit to a traditional flamenco show, this can also be arranged in advance. Just let us know when you make your booking.
