Nerja is set to receive the amount of €347,277 as part of a Málaga provincial scheme to boost investment and create sustainable jobs throughout the province.
Málaga Provincial Council is providing a total of €34 million, with 85 municipalities with under 20,000 population sharing €11.265 million and the rest of the municipalities in the province taking the remainder. Nerja’s allocation is €347,277, and the Mayor, José Alberto Armijo, has announced that this will go towards projects that are considered financially sustainable investments.
The Mayor added that the ‘plan ‘will start within a few days and should be completed by June 30th 2015.
