There were three earthquakes within an hour in Jaén on Sunday morning, the tremors registering between 2.6 and 3.7 on the Richter scale.
The tremors occurred 05:32, 05:336 and 06:17, the epicentres being in Lupión, Begijar and Lupión once more. The quakes were felt in Bengíjar, Lupión and Ibros.
There have been no reports of injuries or serious damage to property.
