The body of Manuel Millón, personal secretary to the mayor of Nerja, was found early this morning on the beach close to the Balcón de Europa. He had suffered at least one bullet wound.
The offices of the Partido Popular in calle Pintada have also been sealed after traces of blood were found, presumably belonging to the victim. It is thought that Manuel Millón managed to get to the Balcón de Europa but then fell onto the beach from a height of around twenty metres. The Guardia Civil are investigating the incident.
