After what seems to have been a lull in illegal immigration, Guardia Civil officers have intercepted a small boat near Carboneras, Almería.
A small, black zodiac with eight illegal immigrants on board was intercepted about eight miles east of Mesa de Roldán, near Carboneras in Almería province.
All eight passengers are adults and in good health. They are now being entertained by the National Police before being repatriated to their country of origin.
