Two small boats carrying a total of 18 irregular visitors have been intercepted off Cabo de Gata in Almería.
The boats were spotted at around 18:00 and intercepted an hour later by a boat from the Marine Service of the Guardia Civil. They were transferred to the port of Almería and handed over into the custody of the National Police prior to their repatriation.
