Two boats were intercepted at the weekend off the coast of Granada carrying a total of 111 illegal immigrants.
The first boat arrived off the Granada coast on Saturday evening with 76 people on board including 15 women and 5 children. The second boat, carrying 35 passengers, was intercepted yesterday.
All the passengers were of sub-Saharan origin and were deemed to be in good health. They are now in detention in Motril.
