A team of doctors at the Hospìtal Virgen del Rocío in Sevilla has successfully separated Siamese twins joined at the abdomen.

A total of 36 professionals were involved in eight hours of surgery to separate the twins who were joined at the stomach and shared, amongst other things, abdominal organs and muscles.
