As from today, August 1st 2008, some 95,000 families in Andalucía will benefit from free medicines for children under one year old.
Up until now, families have had to pay between 10% and 40% of the cost of medicines or medical devices prescribed by a physician, but for those families with children under one year of age, it will now be free, the Junta de Andalucía bearing the full cost.
