At just after four o’clock yesterday afternoon, a body was spotted floating near the shore on Cabopino beach in Marbella.
Lifeguards rushed to try and help the man, thought to be about 50 years old, but were unable to revive him. At the moment, not even the nationality of the victim is known. The cause of death is believed to be drowning as a result of stomach cramps.
