We now have La Pitarra, a new bar near the junction of calle Antonio Millón and calle Chaparil. It used to be Tangolé and Rocky 3 or 4 (lost count) to name but two.
Calls itself a tapas and tragos bar – snacks and drinks. Nice, intimate little terrace at the front.
Spanish Sighs has moved from the tiny little premises opposite the side entrance to the El Salvador church on the Balcón de Europa, to be replaced by another estate agent, Calaceite Resorts. Several new estate agents popping up recently, despite the slump in the industry. This one, though, is more specialised in a way.
Most people are having to make drastic price reductions on their properties in order to sell them at the moment. Even then, some are having to wait up to a year (or more) for a sale.
