A 22 year old Moroccan has been arrested in Lepe, Huelva, in connection with the death of a cyclist.
The cyclist died after being hit by a car on the road to Valsequillo. The driver of the vehicle fled the scene after the accident but later returned, whereupon he was arrested by Guardia Civil officers.
The driver was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident and is being held in custody pending a court appearance.
