A suspected pederast in Huelva, accused of threatening and mistreating his wife as well as the sexual abuse of minors, including his own children, has appeared in court.
FB, a resident of Huelva, was arrested on August 7th after his wife complained to the police that she had been threatened and abused. The subsequent police investigation led to the discovery that three minors, and a woman who was a minor at the time, could have been subjected to sexual abuse.
Two of the minors involved are FB’s own children. All have made statements in which they say FB forced them to have sex with him on several occasions.
At the trial yesterday, FB was sentenced to 21 months in prison on two counts of threat against his wife. He was provisionally released from prison pending confirmation of the sentence in this particular case but will actually remain in custody in respect of the alleged offences of sexual abuse of minors.
