Police are investigating the cause of death of a 73 year old man whose body was found at sea about three miles from Málaga port.
On Wednesday, the Marine Rescue Service received a call from a man on a German registered boat to say that his colleague had fallen in the water. A search was then mounted and on Thursday afternoon the body was located.
The cause of death appears to be drowning, although an autopsy is being carried out at the Ciudad de la Justicia in Málaga.
