A six year old boy has died in a Granada hospital after earlier being hit by a car in the capital.
The boy was apparently playing on the pavement as he and his parents were walking along avenida Camino de Ronda when he strayed onto the road and was hit by a car. A local person, identifying herself as a nurse, helped until the Emergency Services arrived.
The boy was rushed to the Traumatology Unit of Granada hospital but suffered cardiac arrest while doctors were trying to treat him.
