The Department of Infrastructure in Vélez-Málaga has announced the reopening of avenida de la Hispanidad for vehicular traffic as from today, Tuesday December 9th. The road, between calle Malagueña and the Camino Viejo de Málaga, has been closed to traffic for the past six months.
The roadworks are not yet complete, the pavement hasn’t been finished and the road still needs to be asphalted, but this doesn’t prevent vehicular traffic.
Avenida Vivar Téllez, part of which has been closed to traffic since November 24th, will probably reopen next Monday or Tuesday.
