The remaining two detainees in the Fernando Moreno kidnapping case have suffered the same fate as their colleagues, judge María Jesús del Pilar Márquez ordering them to be held incommunicado in prison without the possibilty of bail.
The two men, both Colombian nationals, arrived at the court in Marbella at 14:00 yesterday and left, direction prison, at 21:00.
Already in prison were 31 year old J.L.C., a Colombian national, and 44 year old A.S.A., a Spanish national and a former employee of the kidnapped businessman. The latter had to be guarded overnight due to his nervous state.
