The remaining two detainees in the Fernando Moreno kidnapping case have suffered the same fate as their colleagues, judge María Jesús del Pilar Márquez ordering them to be held incommunicado in prison without the possibilty of bail.
Kidnappers remanded in custody
Two men have been remanded in custody in connection with the kidnap and murder of San Pedro businessman Fernando Moreno. Moreno, aged 76 years, was kidnapped on Wednesday January 21st and his body, bound and gagged, was found the following day on the road between Marbella and Istán.
