Nearly 100 families have been evacuated from an eight storey building in San Juan de Aznalfarache, Sevilla, after fire badly damaged to apartments and caused structural damage to the entire block.
The Emergency Services received a dozen calls informing them of a fire at the apartment block, located in calle avenida de Palomares and firefighters, Local and National Police were dispatched to the scene.
The fire badly damaged two apartments and caused structural damage to the entire block, which meant the tenants had to spend the night outside. The damage to the two apartments is so bad that the inhabitants will not be able to return to their homes.
One person had to be taken to hospital for treatment for smoke inhalation.
