In February, the Council in Rincon de la Victoria announced the opening, 24 hours a day, of the Torroba car park, the first underground car park in the municipality. his, however, did not happen.
The company operating the parking facility, Sando, decided there was insufficient demand for 24 hour opening, but after pressure from local businesses and politicians, they did move from 20 hours to 22 hour opening.
Now, finally, the car park will be open 24 hours a day as from Friday May 1st. However, this may only last until the middle of September.
