The two Guardia Civil officers arrested in Barbate during an investigation into drugs trafficking have been transferred to Ceuta where they will shortly be appearing in court.
A total of twelve people were detained during ‘Operación Esmalte’. The arrests took place in Sevilla, Ceuta and Barbate. The two Guardia Civil officers are accused of providing information to the drugs traffickers in exchange for money.
