A 52 year old Local Police officer in Fuengirola has been arrested in connection with the possession and distribution of child pornography.
The arrest came as part of ‘Operación Metal’ and a second person, a 39 year old man in Palmas, was also detained.
Investigators seized two computer hard drives and around 200 cd’s containing pornographic material at the home of the Fuengirola police officer. The officer has been suspended from duty pending the outcome of a judicial enquiry.
