The PP offices in the town of Olivenza were the object of an incendiary attack in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The incident occurred at around 04:00 and only prompt action from the Emergency Services prevented the fire from spreading and becoming more serious. The headquarters of the PP are apparently always attacked at election time according to one of the PP officials in Olivenza.
The damage was restricted to a broken window and burned curtains. The Guardia Civil are now trying to trace the culprits.
