National Police and UDYCO officers have arrested seven people in Las Cabezas de San Juan, Sevilla, in connection with the cultivation of marijuana plants.
The seven people, who live in two houses in the town, had erected greenhouses in their backyards and equipped them with high intensity incandescent lamps for the purpose of growing their crop.
Around one ton of plants were seixed, some being as much as three metres tall.
