Yesterday saw the inauguration of two new courts at the sports complex, one for tennis and one for padel, making it the largest in the area and capable of holding national tournaments.
The Councillor for Sports, Teodoro Ruiz (IU), carried out the inauguration with the Mayor,Toñi Claros (IU), the Councilor for Tourism, José Perez (PSA), and the delegate of Tourism, Trade and Sports of the Junta de Andalucía, Antonio Souvirón, also in attendance.
The upgrade, costing €90,000, was financed by the Local Council (€55,000) and the Junta de Andalucía. All that remains now is to improve access to the sports complex which is located near the school in Los Llanos.
