Tecnicians in Freila investigating the collapse of the roof of a cave house which caused the deaths of two people have noted that no permission had been given to carry out repairs on the building and that emergency evacuation plans had not been prepared.
Meanwhile, the funeral of the two men was held yesterday with hundreds turning out to pay their final respects.
