Police in Motril are searching for an 85 year old man who disappeared from a seniors residential home.
The man suffers from dementia and memory problems. He disappeared after being escorted to the TV room and there has been no trace of him since.
The police and relatives have been searching the area around the residence and a helicopter has been used to sweep an area north of the home.
When last seen, the man was wearing navy blue tracksuit trousers and a navy blue sweater. He is about 1m 60, grey hair and has difficulty walking. He is not carrying any identification.
