Sunday December 20th is the XXV Milla Urbana de Navidad which, from now on, will be known as the Memorial Miguel Prados Ruiz.
The race is in its 25th year and the Nerja Athletics Club has decided to dedicate the race to the memory of young athlete Miguel Prados Ruiz who died recently.
The races will start and finish at the Parque Verano Azul, the first race setting off at 16:00 and the show-piece event taking place at 18:00.
All competitors over the age of 14 years will receive a T-shirt and there will be cash prizes, medals and, as has become traditional, 30 hams on offer.
