People in Andalucia spent €328.2 million on the Christmas lottery, a decrease of 3.67% on last year.
Earlier surveys had suggested that Andalucians would be spending less on Christmas celebrations but more on the lotteries.
The spending on the Christmas lottery is equivalent to €40.82 per capita. Premiums in Andalucia were a mere €3,275,000, compared to over €13 million last Christmas.
