There have been various rumours concerning the location of the end of year celebrations in Nerja, suggestions including Parque Verano Azul and Plaza de España (the former Plaza Paseo Nuevo).
As far as we are aware, the plan has always been to hold the celebrations in the traditional venue, namely the Balcon de Europa, and the appearance of the beginnings of the stage would tend to lend credence to this.
