The Public Prosecutor in Málaga has issued denuncias against two promoters and a technician in Frigiliana for the illegal construction of a house, the original licence being for a garden shed and a pool.
The home, in the Fuente Conejo area, was allegedly started by promoter number one in 2005. It was then allegedly sold on to promoter number two in March 2008 and construction work continued on the property.
However, it appears that the original licence was for a shed to hold agricultural tools and, subsequently, a pool and could contravene the local planning laws.
