Snowflakes have fallen in the city of Sevilla for the first time in fifty years, although only a few and none of them managed to settle.
Elsewhere in the province, snow has fallen and is accumulating. Amongst the areas affected are Guadalcanal, Constantina, Alanís, Cazalla de la Sierra, Alcalá del Río, Olivares, Valencina de la Concepción, Gerena, Carrión de los Céspedes, Castilleja de la Cuesta, Gerena, Las Pajanosas, Salteras, Mairena del Aljarafe, Espartinas, Gines, Salteras and El Viso del Alcor
