The general trend in many places does appear to be that the amount of clothing worn by party-goers is in inverse proportion to the prevailing weather conditions.
This set of photos taken in Newcastle illustrate the point quite well. However, the girl in the first picture does appear to be in dire straits and it is to be hoped that someone came to her assistance, regardless of the reason for her demise, which was almost certainly alcohol.
