Next Monday sees the start of work on the Los Almendros sports complex in Rincón de la Victoria, a project budgeted at €324,800 and financed through the ICO-Turismo 2009.
The 2,250 square metre site will house two padel courts, sports court for basketball and 7-a-side football, fitness equipment for seniors, toilets, changing rooms, walking trails and green areas.
The work is being carried out by Obracsa SL and the completion period is three months. The plot of land is about 500 metres from the beach and provides ample parking space.
