Police in Algeciras are searching for the perpetrators of a shooting which left one man dead in the middle of calle Trainera in the San García district of Algeciras.
At around 15:00, a 40 year old male was cornered by two or three individuals who then shot him several times in the abdomen and causing his death.
The attackers then fled in luxury vehicles, heading the wrong way down one way streets and smashing into other vehicles in their path.
One man has so far been detained but he is not thought to be one of the killers.
