National Police have arrested 43 people and charged a further 61 in the latest operation against child pornography, seizing over 1.2 million pornographic files during raids in various parts of the country.
The investigation began after someone reported the existence of a video on a file sharing network which showed two adults sexually abusing two minors.
Raids were carried out on 95 homes in Madrid, Comunidad Valenciana, Andalucía, Aragón, Asturias, Cantabria, Navarra, País Vasco, Murcia, Galicia, Castilla-La Mancha, Castilla y León, La Rioja, Baleares, Extremadura and Canarias.
