A project has been approved to renovate Plaza Alfonso XII in Periana at a cost of €68,182, with Málaga Council providing €54,546, the Junta de Andalucia €10,227 and Periana Council €3,409.
The work will affect calle Almeria where the pavement and underground infrastructure will be replaced. In the plaza, the project will include the placement of lampposts and wall lighting on the front of the church and the removal of the wiring from the facade of the building.
