The river Ebro in Spain is renowned for its big fish, catfish to be accurate, and an eighteen year old student from the UK has now joined that elite of just 30 UK and 300 European anglers who have managed to catch a freshwater fish over 200 pounds.
This magnificent critter weighed in at 211 pounds and was only 15 pounds under the record weight for the river.
And good to read that the fishy was returned to the water after being weighed and photographed….Catfish…
