The Sierra Nevada ski resort is embarking on an ambitious project to also become a summer resort and hopes within four years to achieve hotel occupancy rates of 70 per cent.
The resort is now open and will stay open until August 29th. Various hotels are open, lifts are operational and outdoor activities are being offered, including summer camps. The summer camps begin on Monday June 28th.
