Police have arrested a woman in Benalmádena on suspicion of killing her husband at their home in urbanisation Torremuelle.
At around 02:00 this morning, residents in the urbanisation notified the police that there was a man suffering from a stab wound.
The police and Emergency Services arrived on the scene to find the body of a 57 year old British man. Officers from the Violent Crimes Unit and Forensic experts examined the scene and the man’s wife, 48 year old MC, was detained on suspicion of murder.
There was apparently no prior evidence of domestic violence within the family.
