Villanueva de la Concepción celebrates the 30th edition of its Festival de Verdiales on Sunday, the oldest such celebration in the province.
The festivities begin at 20:00 on Sunday and around 2,000 people are expected to attend.
There will be 14 groups, or ‘pandas’, participating in the event and will cover the three existing styles of verdiales, namely Comares, Montes and Almogía.
