The Ministry of Development and CCOO and UGT trade unions have reached a global agreement on minimum service levels for transportation during the general strike planned for September 29th 2010.
Local trains: 25% service, rising to 30% between 06:00 and 09:00.
AVE trains: 20% service.
Domestic flights: 10% of flights between the cities of Madrid, Barcelona, Santiago de Compostela, Oviedo, Bilbao, Alicante, Valencia, Malaga and Sevilla and 50% of flights between the mainland and the islands or enclaves.
International flights: 40% minimum service for intercontinental flights, 20% service from the nine main cities to EU area plus the cities of Frankfurt, Zurich and Milan.
