Four people of different nationalities have been arrested in Nerja on charges of theft, trafficking in cocaine and prostitution.
One of the group worked as a security guard at a Nerja hotel and provided the other members of the gang with cash and cheques. The cheques were then cashed in the relevant banks, the amounts always below €1,200, and the proceeds used to buy cocaine for resale and prostitutes.
