According to Rovio CEO Mikael Hed, the hugely popular Angry Birds game is coming to Facebook next month and with ‘new aspects’ and, apparently, the pigs will have a more prominent role.
Angry Birds has had a meteoric rise to fame after starting out as an iPhone game. It then went to Android, Palm and Nokia and now there are multiple versions of the game on all platforms. There is even talk of a movie, animated series and even a 3D version.
One question being asked is whether or not it will sync on Facebook rather than a player having to start all over again. Only time will tell.
It’s a fun game, I’ll give it that.
