Pedrosa wins Portuguese MotoGP

Dani Pedrosa rode a fine tactical ride to win the Portuguese MotoGP, staying on pole-sitter Jorge Lorenzo’s tail until four laps from the end before passing the reigning champion and forging a commanding lead. Pedrosa’s Honda team-mate Casey Stoner finished third and seven-time champion Valentino Rossi was fifth.
