A 35 year old worker died in Jaén yesterday afternoon after suffering an electric shock while operating machinery.
At around 13:00, the man was polishing the floor of premises in calle Fuente de Don Diego when he suffered an electric shock from the buffing machine.
He was rushed to the Hospital Neurotraumatológico in Jaén and immediately entered the Intensive Care Unit. Unfortunately, he was not able to recover from his injuries and died later in the afternoon.
