A suitcase containing human skeletal remains has been found near Igualeja, not far from Ronda.
The discovery was made by a hiker on the A-397 between Ronda and San Pedro de Alcantara. The bones are now being assembled at the Institute of Legal Medicine in Málaga and an anthropological study will be made in order to determine the age and sex of the person as well as the date and possible cause of death.
The autopsy is expected to take about one week to perform
