Police have recovered a body in an advanced state of decomposition at finca Los Rubiales, on the road between Villanueva del Ariscal and Olivares, which could be that of an Alzheimer´s sufferer who was reported missing on June 30th.
The body was discovered at around 21:30 on Tuesday evening by a local resident and an autopsy is being carried out to confirm the identity of the body, although it does at this stage appear to be that of the man who disappeared on June 30th.
The man, elderly and suffering from Alzheimers disease, was last seen at 18:30 on June 30th in the neighbourhood of Villanueva del Ariscal.
